What you consent to by using Ame's Hound Haus Ltd services:
Vaccinations/Fleas/Worming
All pets must be fully up-to-date on vaccinations, flea treatments, and an all-wormer prior to coming for a meet & greet or their booked stay. Their records may be kept on file with Ame's Hound Haus Ltd.
Disruptive Guests
Because there are generally multiple guest pets staying, if your dog unduly stresses other guests with their disruptive behavior (e.g. excessive howling, barking, or whining), you may be contacted to arrange for pick-up. A full refund for the remaining time of the booking will be issued. This situation is rare, and a meet & greet along with good communication about your dog's personality and behavior prior to booking helps prevent any surprises.
Photos & Videos
Ame's Hound Haus Ltd reserves any right to photos or videos taken of your pet, by them, as they may be used for education or marketing purposes of the business.
Veterinary Costs
Should a pet require veterinary care during their stay, any costs associated will be the responsibility of the pet's owner. Communication of any emergency situation will be attempted prior to taking the pet to a veterinarian hospital. If no contact is made, Ame's Hound Haus Ltd reserves the right to take the pet to a veterinarian hospital, and the pet owner will pay the fees.
Injury, Illness, or Death
Every measure is taken to prevent injury, illness, or death, and to make sure your pet is happy, healthy, and safe to the best of our ability. However if any injury, illness, or death occurs the pet owner cannot hold Ame's Hound Haus Ltd as liable, and the pet owner assumes any responsibility associated with these unfortunate events.
Fees & Rates
Fees and rates are subject to change. The website will be updated to reflect when they are.
Cancellation Policy
Should a booking be cancelled by the pet owner, Ame's Hound Haus Ltd reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, in the form of a partial refund, or no refund at all of the total booking fee.
