Homestay Boarding
A note from Amelia . . .
For dog boarding-home stay: there is a spacious backyard, fully fenced. The house has carpet, so only potty-trained pets are accepted, but it is understandable when accidents happen due to excitement, nervousness, or age. No restriction of dog size, I am used to very small to very large breeds. Vaccinations, fleas, and worming are required if your pet stays. Please let me know if your fur baby has any behavioral issues. Cats and other small pets are also welcome to board. I work from home on my small farm, so your pet will have large amounts of companionship and supervision. Picture updates will be posted throughout their stay.
A glance at what to bring for your dog's stay:
bedding/crate
(what they are used to sleeping on/in at night at your house)
(crate-trained is preferable for most dogs and especially high energy puppies, to keep dogs from playing or possibly fighting with each other in the lounge during the night!)
food for duration of stay
(they are only fed the food you bring, as switching food quite suddenly can result in upset digestion)
leash/harness
any favorite toys (something that might comfort them and remind them of home)
list of commands they know
